6. Billing & Payments

  • Fee Collection: Payment is collected at booking via our secure portal or designated processor.

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations under 24 hours incur a 50 % fee.

  • Taxes: All fees exclude applicable sales taxes, which will be added where required.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

  • No Medical Advice: Coaching is not a substitute for medical treatment or professional diagnosis.

  • “As-Is” Basis: Services are provided “as-available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for damages arising from your use of the Services is limited to the total fees paid.

8. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

  • Upon termination, you must cease using the Services and any licensed materials.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms periodically.

  • The “Effective Date” will reflect the latest revision. Continued use after updates implies your acceptance.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
